WHAT IS AMBER?
Also called the Baltic Gold, amber is fossilized tree resin that comes in different shades of warm brown and yellow. It is used extensively for decorative items like jewellery, but also as a perfume ingredient and in folk medicine. WHAT IS GOLDWASSER?
Goldwasser is a quite unique liqueur, locally produced since the end of the 16th century. The ingredients include more than 20 kinds of herbs and roots, as well as tiny flakes of 22 or 23 karat gold.

WHAT ARE KASHUBIAN CRAFTS?
The colourful floral patterns first appeared in the end of the 19th century. Traditionally, they can be seen in the form of embroidery on fabrics and hand-paintings on ceramics. Sculpture is another recognized branch of Kashubian art. The sculptures are made in different kinds of wood. They are are rather static and rough, sometimes painted with basic colours.
