Katarzyna Bojko-Szymczewska's exhibition title refers to the silver, which paints images on a glass surface in her creative process. Her works are created with use of the photographic wet plate collodion technique, while the photograps are taken with a large-format analogue camera.

"By coś usłyszeć trzeba samemu zamilknąć" - "To hear something you need to be quiet first" - is the title of Magdalena Pela's exhibition. Her minimalistic paintings are a paean to the mundane with an emphasis on modern forms of communication. Pela is a PhD student of the Gdansk Academy of Fine Arts, who has already been recognized on numerous prestigious occasions.
Smakuj Trójmiasto (Taste the Tri-City) is a series of events, during which dozens of restaurants and food producers set up their stalls inside the big hall of Stary Maneż and sell mini (or full-size) versions of their dishes or their (mostly organic) products. The Asian edition boasts all your favourite noodles, ramen, sushi, curries, exotic desserts and much more. The small portions will allow you to taste many different options.

Kolosy is the largest event for travellers and travel enthusiasts in Poland. For three days the audience can watch multimedia presentations from people, who sailed, climbed and explored remote corners of the world. Presentations are commented mainly in Polish, but most of the time it's worth to see them, if only for the beautiful photos and videos. The entrance is free, but prepare for very long lines. The event is extremely popular amongst the Tri-City locals.

The Gdansk Book Fair (Gdańskie Tarki Książki) is the biggest event in the region dedicated to literature. Meet recognized writers and publicists, browse through thousands of captivating book titles (predominantly Polish, but other languages may occur), and take part in discussions. This year’s comprehensive programme focuses on Balkan literature, with authors from Serbia, Croatia, Bosnia & Herzegovina and Montenegro.

FETA brings together street theatre crews from all over the world, who perform their spectacles in various open-air locations in the Dolne Miasto district (south from the Main Town are of Gdansk). It's held regularly since 1997 and brings theatre art closer to the audience. The spectacles are mostly free and attract people of all ages.
