Wiatr od Morza (Sea Breeze) Art Exhibition

Description:

This exhibition features paintings by Pomeranian artists that illustrate Stefan Żeromski's book "Wiatr od morza" (Sea Breeze). The author's admiration for the Polish coast, its landscapes and history is reflected in the artworks of selected local artists, from highly recognized to ermerging talents (listed below). They were not restricted by any techniques or formal solutions, and so, each of them created a piece with use of their unique language of codes, symbols and meanings.

LOCATION Museum of Modern Art, Cystersów Street 18, inside the Oliwa Park, Oliwa district

GET THERE From the Main Train Station (Gdańsk Główny) take the SKM train to Gdańsk Oliwa station and walk west for 5 minutes through the Oliwa Park

OPEN 9 a.m. - 4 p.m. (10 a.m. - 5 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday); closed on Monday

TICKETS 5/2,50 PLN, free admission on Fridays
